Chardonnay Reserve

Aged in all French Oak, this wine is elegant and complex with creamy, buttery notes and great balance. Barrel aged on the lees for 9 months, this wine has subtle notes of oak and smoke while maintaining a fruit forward style. 0% R.S.


A classic chardonnay fermented in Pennsylvania oak barrels for one year. Pairs nicely with roasted or grilled chicken, snapper or other white fish, and lobster, shrimp or crab in pasta cream sauces. 


Homer Cuvée

One of our most aromatic dry white wines, our Homer Cuvée is a show-stopper with notes of orange peel and citrus jumping out of the glass. Aged in stainless and very fragrant, this white blend is composed of Valvin Muscat, Riesling, and Vidal for a fine combination of grapes. We are proud to introduce the first production of this wine to you from the 2015 vintage. .75% R.S.


Cabernet Sauvignon

Limited stock for Wine Club members only. A delicious Cabernet opening with ripe cherry fruit in the nose, leading to a good balance of oak and soft tannins. Pairs well with roasted beef or cured meats and smoked cheeses.

Cabernet Franc

A varietal Cabernet Franc that has a full flavor with notes of black pepper and spice. Pairs well with roasted beef or lamb and a parmesan or asiago cheese.


A robust dry red wine with notes of dark red fruit and berries. Winemaker’s Favorite, it is the first 100% locally grown dry red wine in Northeastern PA! Pairs well with grilled venison and hard cheeses.


A full-bodied wine with deep, rich color encompassed in the delightful fragrance of ripe black cherries, finishing with cherry and oak overtones. Pairs well with pungent cheeses and smoked pork.



This premium dry red wine is a Bordeaux style, blended for complexity and agability.  It is a blend of our finest reserve barrels and is made up of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petite Verdot.


2016 Grüner Veltliner

An Austrian grape produced in a dry style wine for the 2016 vintage. A beautiful nose of lemon and lime give in to light herbaceous notes. Lemon, nectarine, and white pepper on the palate lead to a well-balanced finish with bracing acidity. This wine is bright, refreshing, and extremely food friendly. 0.2% R.S.


Dry Riesling

Crisp and aromatic in the glass, this Germanic style Riesling has notes of green apple with light citrus on the finish.
